To avoid crowding, please arrive at the Uffizi Gallery meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your reserved time . Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry. You will easily recognize our staff on site by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD."
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
- Re-entry is not permitted.

- Please note that tickets offer a reserved timed entry to the gallery and failure to match the entry time with the reservation date may result in denied access to the monument.
- Only for the Uffizi Gallery is it necessary to respect the chosen date and time . For the other attractions, you have 5 days to visit them without time restrictions .
Please remember that the Uffizi Gallery ticket is a combined ticket, so it's essential to keep it , as it will be needed for access to all other attractions. If lost, no refund will be provided.
- For security reasons, there are security checks at the entrances to the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, and the Boboli Gardens.
- Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket line, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check to enter the Uffizi Gallery. At peak times, the security check line takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
- The Uffizi Gallery Audio App is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian and Greek.

- Every first Sunday of the month, the museum follows regular opening hours and admission is free for everyone.

Arrive at the Uffizi Gallery 1.5 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. Look for our staff on site, easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD." They will be located on the corner of the Uffizi Gallery ticket office and Via Lambertesca, right next to the statue of Benvenuto Cellini. Once you've located our staff, they will hand you your tickets. You can then enter through Door No. 1 and begin your experience.
