In our brand new exhibition space, you will be immersed in the sights, sounds and secrets of Shakespeare's London, traveling through over 400 years of fascinating history. You'll relive some of our most iconic shows through seasonally curated displays, and you'll even have the chance to prepare for the stage with interactive costumes and props. Venture into the Globe Theater itself, where our expert guides will bring you to life the exciting story of our iconic wooden "O". Hear how the original 1599 theater survived plague, fire and political oppression and was resurrected in the 1990s thanks to one man's radical vision. Admire his artistry and imagine how thousands of Londoners once flocked to see the greatest actors of the day. All tours are in English and suitable for all ages. The information sheets are available in several languages. We are an open-air theater and tours take place in all conditions, so please dress for the weather.
