Safari Ravenna, in Ravenna , is a zero-impact wildlife park that allows you to see up close and without barriers more than 1000 animals of over 100 different species, including wild animals in the wild.
The Park aims to be a meeting place for people, animals, and the environment, fostering a constructive and collaborative relationship : contact and emotion that foster mutual understanding. Designed for animal welfare and the protection and repopulation of endangered species, Safari Ravenna extends over 45 hectares and is divided into several areas.
The safari
The Safari is a 4 km route that allows you to see animals up close without barriers. By your own car, electric car or train.
The Pedestrian Area
It is an area with fenced spaces where you can admire the most common animals but also rare specimens.
What is there to know?
Rules for visiting Safari Ravenna:
- NEVER EXIT YOUR CAR : if necessary, sound the horn.
- DO NOT THROW AWAY WASTE: photographic material and plastic bags are extremely dangerous for animals.
- DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS: Small pets are permitted, but only if you are visiting the Safari Area in your own vehicle and you must not make your pet visible to the species present in the area.
DO NOT FOOD THE ANIMALS : for their well-being and to avoid possible damage to your car's bodywork. The park management ensures adequate feeding for all species. Always keep the windows closed in all areas.
By accessing the park, visitors agree to abide by the regulations and any instructions issued by staff, in addition to the usual precautions dictated by common prudence. In any case, the owners and staff will not be liable for any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with the regulations and instructions. They also reserve the right, at any time, to suspend the visit without being required to provide a reason, and this will not entitle them to compensation or recourse.
Management reserves the right to change the program, schedule, and prices without notice. Interruptions to tours due to force majeure or weather conditions do not constitute grounds for complaint or ticket refunds.
