The tour is suitable for all members of a family, but has been designed with special attention to children between 7 and 11 years old. The official guide, specialized and educated to work with children, will engage with children and adults and will tell you the story of the glorious deeds performed by the Gladiators in this majestic amphitheater.
The tour will be dynamic and interactive and will surely remain a lasting and educational memory for your children.
This tour will give your whole family the chance to experience a new way to visit the Colosseum and is an engaging introduction to the magical atmosphere and glorious history of ancient Rome.
Your children will be so fascinated by the ancient life and tales of the great Gladiator Flavius Attilius that time will fly!
Through the eyes of the protagonist, young tourists will discover the history of the Flavian Amphitheater, from the first laying of the foundation stone, to the day of its inauguration in 80 AD. To celebrate, the emperor organized games and gladiator fights that lasted 100 days! They will learn the importance of the games in Roman times and the role of the Gladiators. But not only gladiator fights took place in the Colosseum... animals and strange creatures were often presented to the Roman people!
The whole family will be fascinated by the story of Flavio Attilio's life in an interactive way and with a quiz in stages, to which they will answer through the use of smartphones lent to them by their parents. The children will be involved and will actively participate in the story and this will be an incredible learning experience!

- Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Note: Starting October 18, 2023, for the issuance of Colosseum tickets it is mandatory to provide first and last name. Without this information
the ticket cannot be issued. Once issued, the Colosseum ticket is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport/ID card with you on the day of the tour.
A valid identity document or passport is mandatory, in case of incorrect personal data access to the Colosseum will not be possible.
