It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.

Appropriate clothing is required to visit the Basilica (no shorts or tank tops)
For security reasons, bags, purses or backpacks are not allowed inside the Basilica.

Cancellation policies

The reservation can be cancelled without any charge up to 72 hours before the service.
The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide (in this case it can be postponed to a later time/day otherwise it will be refunded).
